About Us

For over 15 years, Seeketing has been helping companies, retailers, shopping centers, destinations, and smart cities understand and activate people’s behavior in physical spaces.

Our Phygital technology is proprietary; we make permanent investments and improvements in R, which allows us to offer first-class, robust, flexible, and continuously evolving solutions.

We do not rely on third-party technologies: we design, develop, and refine our technological platform, combining proprietary hardware and software with artificial intelligence, to offer high-performance solutions that guarantee precision, scalability, and a greater competitive advantage for our clients in all types of spaces, from individual stores to transportation systems and entire cities.

Seeketing’s phygital platform is unique worldwide, integrating advanced analytics and proximity marketing to connect the physical and digital worlds under a single ecosystem. This allows for completely anonymous analysis of people flows in spaces, how they move through them, their dwell times, and recurrence, integrating this data with digital activity (web, app, e-commerce) through a unified ID, without visitors needing to install an app on their devices.

This way, users of Seeketing’s phygital technology can accurately measure and analyze the customer journey of their visitors and clients, from their physical presence to the final conversion.

Seeketing also offers its proximity marketing solution, which enables interaction with visitors and clients in spaces by sending personalized messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or push notifications at the right time and place, always complying with data protection and privacy regulations.

The result:

  • Greater real-time data accuracy for strategic decision-making.
  • More visitor traffic, increasing conversion and loyalty opportunities.
  • Generation of personalized experiences that improve engagement.

Seeketing doesn’t just measure what happens in spaces; it transforms it into growth for our clients.

What We Do

Seeketing was founded in 2011, becoming the first solution in the world to enable person-by-person behavioral insights across both the digital and physical worlds.

Knowing if the same person who has been visiting your website is now passing by your physical location and sending them a message at that moment is one of the many use cases enabled by Seeketing technology.

To achieve this, we manufacture specialized plug-and-play hardware (Seeketing nodes for the physical world) and software (SDKs for websites and apps), as this solution cannot be achieved with beacons/Bluetooth, Wi-Fi routers/APs, cameras, or apps, thus creating a new open technology.

Technologies

Our Wireless Devices

Seeketing develops plugplay devices for the detection and identification of unique visitors, completely anonymously and invisibly to the visitor. The use of various signal types (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) allows us to offer an unprecedented variety of coverage and communication methods, as well as total flexibility to adapt to technological changes and any client or physical environment needs.

Seeketing nodes are easily installed in indoor and outdoor locations, and their coverage range is adjustable (up to 15,000 m² with Wi-Fi-Bluetooth technologies, and several square kilometers with cellular technology). They feature an automated communication system to send messages to mobile phones (*) that have an App, or to those without an App but who have previously registered on a website (email or phone number).
* Personal communication requires the express authorization of the recipient according to current legislation in each country.
  • Nodes that detect signals emitted by mobile devices in the 125KHz, 13MHz, 840-960 MHz, 2.4GHz, 3.6, and 5 GHz bands.
  • They detect visitors within a 15,000 m² coverage area.
  • Massive offline identification, completely anonymous and transparent to the user, in accordance with GDPR.
  • Possibility of synchronization with online identification. *Prior user registration required
  • They avoid the problems of random MAC addresses that other systems based on Wi-Fi tracking and RTLS have.
  • They allow sending messages to phones by proximity with or without an installed app.
  • Presence sensors that connect to a Seeketing Node and provide the same counting data as current systems using cameras or laser or lidar sensors (Footfall type).

  • Improves data source integration and halves the cost of counting systems.

  • They operate with batteries or are powered by 125/220V.

High-quality Bluetooth iBeacon (maximum durability and coverage), which cannot be hacked by third parties and requires no on-site maintenance. Allows remote configuration.

Our Competitors

Currently, there is no other solution in the world that unifies user-by-user behavior (unique ID) in physical and online spaces, and that can also send Push messages to an App or Email/SMS/WhatsApp messages to each user’s mobile, according to their profile and proximity, and update screen content at the point of sale based on the proximity and online+offline profile of visitors.

The solutions offered by other providers are always based on the same third-party hardware technologies.

Other Provider Solutions

They do not allow massive identification of each person passing by, nor sending messages to mobile phones, nor tracking on the web/app.

They do not allow unique identification of unconnected users due to the random MAC address problem, nor tracking on the Web/App.

Limited to 0.5% of total visitors due to the requirements placed on the user’s mobile phone.

They do not allow indoor geolocation and are generally not installed massively.

Furthermore, these hardware systems do not operate together, and users are identified or counted separately by each system, meaning they cannot send a message to a user’s APP detected by Wi-Fi (online), nor can they know their behavior on the web (online). In short, each solution is independent and, therefore, does not connect the online and offline behavior of visitors, which is what allows us to obtain information about their preferences when they pass by our physical space.

Our optical sensor solution is the only one not integrated with the unique user identifier in Seeketing, but it allows our clients to obtain a precise counting solution by combining data with mobile interaction, without requiring complex installation and at a much lower cost than other solutions.

Seeketing technology allows for the analysis of customer flow in points of sale and public spaces (indoor and outdoor), cross-referenced with online navigation (web, app), thanks to our SDKs (HTML5, iOS, Android) and wireless nodes.

Our team is composed of researchers, data experts, marketing and advertising effectiveness specialists, technology, and mobility professionals. Seeketing has received a grant under Order of August 11, 2023, from the Minister of Economy, Finance, and Employment, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union-Next Generation EU, and its subsequent modifications, with BDNS (Identif.): 713845.
