Additionally, Seeketing offers a second interaction tool with the user (customer, tourist, or citizen) without the need to install a mobile application.

This tool enables participatory dynamics through signage or QR codes (promotions, surveys, rewards, informational campaigns, etc.). In these cases, the user performs a voluntary registration or validation and, from that moment on, the interaction is linked to an individualized profile under express consent.

This allows direct interaction with people through WhatsApp, SMS, or email, all automated through an artificial intelligence agent.

The AI agent sends messages automatically based on time, hour, event, context, or the language in which users register. This agent is connected to the dashboard that contains specific event information and is configured to send these messages.

The messages are under human supervision, allowing both the client contracting the tool and Seeketing to view in the dashboard the communications generated by the AI agent and determine whether they are appropriate and aligned with the objectives.
